575150000P oil-gas separator assembly is a high-efficiency core purification spare part specially designed for Borg industrial screw air compressors. Integrating a high-performance filter element and a heavy-duty anti-corrosion metal housing, this product adopts an integrated spin-on/flange assembly structure. It is mainly installed on top of the oil-gas separator tank at the air compressor discharge end and serves as a critical component that determines the quality of the compressed air output and the lubricating oil consumption rate of the air compressor.

• Ultra-high separation efficiency to guarantee clean gas supply
Adopting multi-layer precision composite materials, it achieves a filtration efficiency of up to 99.99% and strictly controls the oil content in exhaust gas within ≤ 3 ppm (parts per million). This effectively prevents lubricating oil from contaminating downstream air storage tanks, dryers and production line pipelines.
• Low pressure differential design for remarkable energy saving
Benefiting from the ultra-high porosity of imported high-quality filter media, it features extremely low initial resistance (≤ 0.02 MPa). It can maintain stable airflow throughout its service life and avoid power waste of air compressors caused by overcoming resistance.
• Original-equipment-grade heavy-duty structure with explosion-proof safety
Designed for a large exhaust volume of 23 m³/min, its housing and flanges are made of thickened anti-corrosion steel with high pressure resistance. A reliable static elimination device (equipped with static needles/conductive strips) is built into the assembly. It can completely eliminate static electricity generated by friction of high-speed airflow inside the filter element, preventing re-ignition or explosion inside the oil-gas barrel and ensuring safe 24-hour continuous industrial operation.
• Integrated quick-change design for extremely simple maintenance
This model is a complete original assembly (the total weight with housing is about 18 kg), different from conventional bare filter cores. For replacement, only the flange bolts need to be removed for integral swapping and installation. It delivers better sealing performance and greatly reduces factory downtime for maintenance.

Inspection and Alignment of the Oil Return Pipe: ◦ Check the length of the oil return pipe (suction pipe). The clearance between the end of the oil return pipe and the bottom of the filter element shall be maintained between 2 and 3 mm. If the clearance is too large, the lubricating oil at the bottom cannot be sucked back to the main unit, which will cause severe oil carry-over (oil in exhaust) of the air compressor. ◦ Inspect and clean the check valve on the oil return pipe to ensure it is unobstructed. • Symmetrical Tightening of Flange Bolts: This assembly weighs 18 kilograms. The bolts must be tightened in a diagonal cross and gradual incremental sequence during installation. Do not fully tighten any single bolt in sequence at one time; otherwise, uneven stress will occur, resulting in minor local air leakage and oil leakage. Oil application for sealing gaskets: Before installation, apply a thin layer of air compressor lubricating oil to the surface of the new O-ring or flange sealing gasket. This ensures smooth tightening and greatly improves airtightness, preventing the gasket from shifting or twisting during compression.
Manutenzione e sostituzione
Recommended maintenance interval: 3500 - 4000 hours. If the factory environment is dusty or conventional mineral oil is used, inspection or replacement is recommended in advance at 3000 hours to prevent frequent high-temperature shutdown of the unit caused by excessive oil separation pressure difference.
