49 307 53 102 is a high-efficiency oil-gas separator filter element (commonly known as "oil separator core") specially designed for industrial compressors and vacuum pumps. It is installed inside the oil-gas separation tank and used to completely separate lubricating oil mist from compressed air at the final stage, ensuring that the discharged compressed air is clean and oil-free. Meanwhile, the separated lubricating oil is recycled back into the system for circulation, so as to reduce lubricating oil consumption and protect downstream equipment.

• Efficient Coalescing Separation: Adopts imported ultra-fine glass fiber composite filter media, which can capture extremely tiny oil droplets and keep the residual oil content at an extremely low level (usually less than 3 ppm).
• Ultra-low Initial Pressure Drop: Carefully optimized folded or wound structure reduces air resistance and cuts the energy consumption of the air compressor.
• High Pressure Resistance and Explosion-proof Performance: Reinforced frame support and high-quality anti-corrosion coating enable it to withstand drastic pressure fluctuations and harsh high-temperature environments.
• Reliable Static Elimination: Built-in conductive anti-static design effectively conducts static electricity generated by friction to prevent safety accidents caused by electric sparks.

Complete Pressure Relief: After shutdown, ensure the internal pressure of the oil-gas separator tank is fully released to zero before opening the cover to prevent hazards from high-pressure ejection. • Inspect and install the static gasket (extremely important): A conductive strip or graphite gasket is normally fitted at the flange of this filter element. It must not be omitted during installation. Reliable electrical conduction must be maintained between the metal frame of the filter element and the shell of the oil-gas separator tank; otherwise, static sparks can easily trigger an explosion inside the tank. Ask for relevant information • Clean the oil return pipeline: When replacing the filter element, check whether the oil return check valve is unobstructed and adjust the length of the oil return pipe. The end of the oil return pipe should just reach the bottom groove of the new oil separator insert (a gap of 1–2 mm is generally reserved). A broken or mispositioned pipe will cause excessive oil carryover in exhaust air. • Keep it clean: Do not allow any dust, iron filings or foreign matter to contaminate the surface of the new filter element during unpacking and installation.
Manutenzione e sostituzione
Strict management of air filters: Dust in intake air is the main cause of separator element clogging. The air filter must be replaced on schedule to prevent hard particles from entering the oil-gas system. • Replace the oil filter regularly: If the oil filter fails, metal wear debris and carbides in the lubricating oil will directly adhere to the surface of the separator element, quickly causing the pressure difference to rise. • Use high-quality air compressor oil: Avoid inferior or mismatched lubricating oil. Inferior oil is prone to coking and carbon deposition under high temperatures, which will rapidly block the micropores of the separator element.
