This ensures smooth tightening and greatly improves airtightness, preventing the gasket from shifting or twisting during compression.

The filter element adopts multi-layer composite superfine glass fiber inside, which can efficiently coalesce micron and submicron oil mist droplets. After separation, the oil content of discharged compressed air can be reduced to an extremely low range of 1–3 ppm, effectively preventing pipeline contamination and protecting expensive downstream air-consuming equipment and pneumatic components.
• Remarkable energy saving and consumption reduction (low pressure drop design):
The product features excellent air permeability with an initial resistance below 0.02 MPa. It maintains an extremely low pressure drop throughout its service life. This means the air compressor motor does not need extra work to overcome resistance, thereby greatly cutting the enterprise's electricity cost during long-term operation.
• Long-lasting pressure resistance and safety protection:
High-strength corrosion-resistant alloy steel is used for the frame and flange, combined with a patented anti-static conductive strip design. It can withstand abnormal pressure differential impacts up to 5 bar to prevent the filter element from collapsing, and can timely discharge static electricity generated by friction of high-speed airflow, completely eliminating the risk of combustion and explosion caused by static sparks inside the machine.
• Original one-stop kit (all-in-one package):
Supplied in the form of a maintenance kit. In addition to the main filter element, it is fully equipped with fluororubber O-rings and special high-temperature resistant sealing gaskets. It ensures that peripheral sealing parts can be replaced synchronously during each maintenance to achieve 100% air tightness and eliminate risks of air and oil leakage.

Removal of the Old Oil Separator Core Remove external pipelines: Carefully detach the oil return pipe on the oil-gas barrel cover with a wrench (take care not to lose the sealing copper washer at the pipe end fitting). Remove control pipelines (such as the pipeline of the pressure maintaining valve, sensor cables and other components hindering disassembly). Remove barrel cover bolts: Use a socket wrench to loosen and remove the fastening bolts on the top cover of the oil-gas barrel one by one in a diagonal cross sequence. Take out the old oil separator: Lift the barrel cover vertically upward and remove it. Take out the old oil-gas separator core and the old sealing gaskets on both sides of the flange. Cleaning and inspection: Wipe the flange surface of the oil-gas barrel and the sealing groove of the top cover clean with a clean lint-free cloth (do not let foreign matter fall into the oil barrel). Pull out the copper tube of the oil return pipe, check whether the pipe end is worn and whether the beveled opening is unobstructed, and clean the oil return check valve.
Manutenzione e sostituzione
Differential Pressure Alarm (Replace Immediately): When the control panel shows that the differential pressure across the oil separator element reaches 0.8 ~ 1.0 bar (approximately 12 ~ 15 psi), it indicates that the separator is severely clogged and must be replaced immediately; otherwise, it will cause motor overload and a sharp increase in energy consumption. Air filter element: Replace every 2,000 ~ 4,000 hours (traps dust and prevents the oil separator from premature clogging). • Oil filter element: Replace every 2,000 ~ 4,000 hours (removes impurities in oil to avoid screw rotor scratching and oil separator blockage). • Lubricating oil: Replace together with the oil separator every 4,000 or 8,000 hours (depending on whether semi-synthetic or fully synthetic oil is used).
