39722897 oil-gas separator filter element is a high-efficiency core filter component specially designed for industrial screw air compressors. It serves as a critical "bridge" and purification unit between the compressed air system and the lubricating oil circuit, directly determining the quality of the final compressed air and the operating efficiency of the air compressor itself.
Main Product Features
• Ultra-high Separation Efficiency: Adopting the industry-leading multi-layer composite glass fiber structure, it can accurately capture fine oil mist particles below 3 microns and strictly control the oil content in exhaust gas within 3 ppm, protecting downstream pneumatic equipment from oil contamination.
• Low Resistance and Energy Saving: This filter element features an extremely low initial pressure differential (≤ 0.02 MPa). Without affecting exhaust volume, it can effectively reduce the energy consumption of air compressors and cut enterprises' electricity costs.
• Robust Structure and High Pressure Resistance: The inner frame and end caps are made of high-strength corrosion-resistant steel. When subjected to instantaneous high pressure differential during air compressor startup, unloading or working condition fluctuations, the filter element resists deformation and breakdown to ensure safe and stable operation.
• Excellent Static Conductive Design: The filter element sealing gasket is equipped with dedicated conductive sheets or composite materials. It can timely discharge static electricity generated by friction under high-speed airflow, fundamentally preventing internal combustion and explosion accidents of air compressors caused by static sparks.
• Long Service Life and Temperature Resistance: The special cured adhesive and sealing rings have outstanding anti-aging and synthetic oil corrosion resistance. Even under continuous operation in harsh high-temperature and high-pressure environments above 100°C, it delivers an ultra-long service life of 4000–8000 hours.

Manutenzione e sostituzione
When the operating pressure differential (front-to-back resistance) reaches 0.08 ~ 0.1 MPa, the air compressor electronic controller will usually trigger an alarm. The unit must be shut down immediately for replacement at this point; otherwise, there is a risk of filter element rupture or high-temperature shutdown of the equipment.
