The 3422017300 oil-gas separator filter element is a high-performance core maintenance part specially designed for stationary screw air compressors.
I. Product Overview
This product is a built-in wound / deep coalescing oil-gas separation element. Its core function is to efficiently intercept, coalesce and separate the misty and gaseous lubricating oil mixed in the air flow during the air compression process of the air compressor. Purified by this filter element, it can not only supply high-cleanliness, oil-free industrial-grade compressed air for downstream equipment, but also return the separated lubricating oil back to the system, greatly reducing lubricant consumption and extending the service life of the whole machine.
II. Core Advantages and Features
• Superfine Fiber Coalescing Technology: The filter medium is a composite of high-density polyester and imported superfine glass fiber. It features an extremely high porosity and can capture submicron oil droplets as small as 0.1 μm.
• Low Pressure Drop and Low Energy Consumption: The optimized internal flow channel design and uniform folding/winding process keep the initial pressure differential (≤0.02 MPa) at an extremely low level, which effectively reduces the motor power consumption of the air compressor.
• Anti-static Safety Design: Anti-static conductive gaskets (conductive pins/strips) are standardly installed between the filter end cap and the support frame. Static electricity tends to accumulate easily from friction between high-speed airflow and filter media. This design promptly discharges static electricity and eliminates the risk of combustion and explosion inside the air compressor caused by static sparks.
• High Pressure Resistance and Collapse Prevention: The support frame is made of thickened high-strength cold-rolled steel plate with punching and reinforcement treatment. It boasts strong resistance to pressure differential impact and is not prone to deformation or collapse under sudden high-pressure working conditions.

Manutenzione e sostituzione
Recommendations for Replacement and Maintenance 1. Replacement upon Differential Pressure Alarm: When the differential pressure across the oil separator core reaches 0.12 - 0.15 MPa, the system will normally trigger a blockage alarm. Immediate replacement is required at this point; failure to do so will lead to a sharp rise in power consumption and even the risk of the filter element collapsing under pressure. 2. Return Oil Pipe Inspection: When installing a new filter element, ensure the air compressor return oil pipe is of proper length and reaches the bottom of the filter element, and that the return oil check valve is unobstructed. Otherwise, the separated oil cannot flow back to the airend, resulting in oil carryover in the exhaust. 3. Combined Maintenance: It is recommended to replace the air filter and oil filter at the same time when replacing the oil separator core. Unqualified or aged air filters will accelerate the clogging of the oil separator core.
