• Heavy-duty Pressure-resistant Frame: Both the inner support core and outer protective mesh of the filter element are made of high-strength thickened perforated galvanized steel mesh, which can withstand extreme alternating pressure differentials and fundamentally eliminate the risk of the filter element being collapsed, crushed or ruptured during operation.
• Excellent Anti-static Design: A dedicated integrated conductive/grounding bolt of M8 specification is equipped on the top, which can effectively dissipate static charges generated by friction of high-speed airflow and prevent safety hazards caused by static sparks inside the machine.
• Non-porous Flange Seal: Features a standard Flange Style design. Combined with mechanical compression from the top cover of the compressor separation tank and sealing gaskets, it enables fast installation and excellent airtight sealing performance.

Before replacement, ensure the air compressor has been completely shut down, the power supply is cut off, and the internal pressure of the oil-gas separation tank is fully released to zero. A brand-new flange gasket must be replaced together with the filter element. ◦ Apply a thin coat of clean lubricating oil to the surface of the gasket to facilitate airtight installation. ◦ The flange clamping bolts must be tightened gradually in several passes using the diagonal cross method to ensure uniform stress on the flange and prevent air or oil leakage caused by unilateral tilting.
Manutenzione e sostituzione
Closely monitor the separator pressure difference on the compressor control panel. The initial pressure drop of a new filter element is generally around 0.15 - 0.25 bar. When the operating pressure difference reaches 0.8 - 1.0 bar (or the device triggers an alarm), the filter element must be replaced immediately; otherwise, the power consumption of the main unit will increase significantly and the filter element may rupture. Mandatory scheduled replacement: Even if the pressure differential has not reached the upper limit, under standard industrial operating conditions, its design service life is typically 3000 to 4000 operating hours (or a maximum service period of 1 year), whichever comes first. Exhaust Oil Inspection: If abnormal accumulation of oil is found in the downstream air storage tank and after-treatment filter, or the lubricating oil consumption of the compressor rises rapidly (the residual oil content in exhaust far exceeds 3 PPM), it indicates that the filter element may be damaged, broken through or fail in installation sealing. Shut down the machine for inspection or replacement.
