575150500 (or 575150500P) is a high-efficiency industrial oil-gas separator core specially designed for large BOGE screw air compressors made in Germany.
As the core barrier of the air compressor post-processing system, it is installed inside the oil-gas separation tank. It is used to thoroughly separate micron-sized lubricating oil mist entrained in compressed air, ensuring the output of high-quality, oil-free and pure compressed air up to 30 m³/min. Meanwhile, the separated lubricating oil is recycled into the system for circulation, so as to significantly reduce the oil consumption of the air compressor.
Core Product Advantages and Features
• Imported high-density glass fiber (Super Purification):
The internal filter layer adopts ultra-fine multi-layer composite glass fiber from HV (USA) or Binzer (Germany). Its unique deep three-dimensional filtration structure can accurately capture suspended oil droplets as small as 0.1 μm, keeping the oil content in the final exhaust gas strictly at ≤ 3 ppm to meet stringent industrial gas standards.
• Low energy consumption design (Ultra-low resistance):
The filter element features an extremely high porosity with an initial pressure differential of only ≤ 0.02 MPa (0.2 bar). The gas passes through with minimal resistance, which effectively reduces the power consumption of the air compressor and the motor load, helping enterprises cut substantial electricity operating costs.
• Heavy-duty anti-corrosion frame (Stable and pressure-resistant):
Both the inner and outer supporting protective meshes are made of high-strength galvanized steel plate or stainless steel perforated mesh, bonded with high-strength epoxy adhesive on end caps. The integral structure can withstand high pressure differential impacts, with a maximum temperature resistance of 120℃, completely eliminating the risk of the filter element collapsing or being blown through under high pressure and heavy load.
• Full anti-static safety protection (Built-in explosion-proof function):
High-efficiency static discharge conductive pieces (copper pieces / static nails) are installed on the product flange and end caps. They can timely conduct away static electricity generated by high-speed gas friction during air compressor operation, preventing oil-gas deflagration caused by static sparks inside the machine and guaranteeing the safety of factory equipment.

Manutenzione e sostituzione
Differential pressure replacement (the most scientific method): Closely monitor the differential pressure of the oil separator element on the control panel. The differential pressure of a new filter element is generally 0.015 - 0.02 MPa. When the differential pressure reaches 0.08 - 0.11 MPa (0.8 - 1.1 bar), the element must be replaced immediately. • Abnormal oil content in exhaust gas: If severe oil carry-over is observed during draining of the rear air storage tank, the filter clogs frequently, or the oil consumption rises for no apparent reason, the oil separator element may be ruptured or saturated and shall be inspected and replaced after disassembly. • Mandatory time-based replacement: Even if no differential pressure alarm is triggered, mandatory replacement is recommended after 1 year of continuous operation (or 6000 cumulative operating hours). The glass fiber material will gradually age and lose toughness under high-temperature oil mist, which may cause the filter element to break down.
