The differential pressure at initial installation is generally only 0.15 - 0.25 bar. • Increased oil content in exhaust gas: If frequent oil accumulation is observed in downstream air storage tanks and precision filters, or oil carry-over occurs in end-use equipment, the filter media may be ruptured or saturated and requires prompt inspection and replacement. • Scheduled maintenance interval: Even if the differential pressure has not reached the alarm threshold, preventive replacement is recommended during the annual major maintenance once continuous operation hits 1 year or 8000 hours (whichever comes first).
