Technology and Filtration Performance
• Filtration Accuracy: It can effectively trap all tiny oil droplets and solid particles with a diameter greater than 0.3 micrometers (μm).
• Working Principle: Adopts Coalescing Action. When gas passes through high-density Depth Loading Media, fine oil mist is physically captured and coalesces into large oil droplets. These droplets fall to the bottom of the separator under gravity and flow back to the compression system via the oil return pipe; clean compressed air passes through smoothly.
• Structural Strength: The filter element is equipped with heavy-duty pressure-resistant inner and outer metal support screens to prevent deformation or collapse (Anti-Collapse) of the filter element under high pressure differentials or sudden system pressure fluctuations.
• Rated Service Life: Under standard operating conditions and proper maintenance, it generally lasts for approximately 4,000 hours (the actual service life depends on dust, humidity and oil quality in the working environment).
