47576547001 oil-gas separator filter element is a high-efficiency core filter component specially designed for large oil-injected screw air compressors (such as RM200I and RM220I series). It is installed at the outlet of the air compressor oil-gas tank, and is responsible for thoroughly separating the lubricating oil mist in the compressed air. It serves as a critical barrier to ensure high-quality, oil-free and clean air in the downstream pipelines.

Core Functions and Working Principles

1.During the operation of the screw air compressor, the lubricating oil forms high-concentration oil mist along with the compressed gas.

2.Coalescence Separation: When the mixed gas enters the filter element, multiple layers of ultra-fine glass fibers trap tiny oil droplets and coalesce them into large oil droplets.

3.Gravity Oil Return: The coalesced large oil droplets accumulate at the bottom of the filter element under gravity and are drawn back into the air compressor circulation system through the oil return pipe.

4.Purified Output: The oil content of the finally discharged compressed air is strictly controlled below 3 ppm, which protects the downstream gas-using equipment and minimizes the consumption of lubricating oil.
